SCOPE OF WORK:The North Shuramah Project is a pioneering model for transforming desert landscapes into sustainable green spaces. The scope of work covers the design and construction of 200,000 m² of landscaped green areas, including:

    • 3,500 palm trees to enhance the project’s aesthetic appeal.
    • 3,000 diverse trees and 80,000 m² of shrubs and plants to support biodiversity.
    • Hardscape elements such as stamped concrete, paving stones, and desert walkways, adding a modern urban touch to the site.
    • Advanced irrigation systems to ensure the long-term sustainability of the vegetation.
    • Shading structures for parking areas to enhance user comfort.
    • Installation of architectural sculptures and artwork, along with the use of natural granite to elevate the project’s elegance and visual appeal.
    • Importing premium trees from Italy and Spain based on client requirements, reinforcing the project’s uniqueness and high-quality standards.
