King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is one of the most significant financial and commercial hubs in the region, reflecting a progressive urban vision that integrates innovation and sustainability. As part of the third phase of development, Citiscape was entrusted with the execution of street landscaping and urban enhancement across several phases, including 3B, 3A, and 3D, ensuring an improved urban experience for this vital center.

The scope of work includes:

- Landscaping and drainage works to create a fully integrated and sustainable green environment.
- Hardscape and landscape design aligned with the project’s luxurious character.
- Advanced irrigation systems to support the long-term sustainability of green spaces.
- Electrical and water systems to ensure infrastructure integration.
- Construction of modern pump rooms to optimize irrigation and water system efficiency.
- Installation of escalators and elevators to enhance mobility within the project.
- Provision of interactive signage and street furniture to elevate the visitor and user experience.
